Studio 210 has been a home for San Francisco artists for 40 years and counting.
Since it's founding in 1980, hundreds of teachers, performers, directors, actors, photographers, filmmakers, musicians and fashion designers have used the space. Rent from us today and continue our legacy!
Studio 210 is perfect for rehearsals, classes, photoshoots, readings, meetings, panel discussions, lectures, private events, performances, and more! Recently updated to include top-of-the-line livestreaming equipment and cameras, it is the perfect location to stream your intimate performance, panel discussion, or workout class. It is fully equipped with professional theatrical lighting and sound equipment, chairs, tables and risers, as well as a wood floor and good natural light. See below for full rental specs and rates.

Getting to Studio 210
Conveniently located in the Mission district, Studio 210 is readily accessible by Bart, at 24th Street Station, or by busses down Mission or Valencia.The studio is wheelchair accessible by freight elevator, with ADA gender neutral restroom–– please contact us at access@deborahslater.org to arrange accessibility.
Studio 210 is located in the old Sear's building at 3435 Cesar Chavez, in San Francisco.
To get to the studio, find the driveway located on Cesar Chavez, between Valencia & Mission St. Walk around the small green building to find the doors of Sear's building under a dark blue awning. Use the call box to the left to call the studio.
